Once the package leaves our facilities, we have no control over it. In the event that your package is not delivered, for whatever reason, we must start an investigation with Canada Post before we can compensate you for the lost package. Unfortunately, we also have no control over how long their investigation takes. Please be patient with us. In order protect ourselves, we have to do the investigation through Canada Post before we can take any further action.
- Is your shipping address correct and complete? Have you included all additional information e.g: apartment or suite number?
- Signature vs. No Signature Option- We cannot do anything about lost packages if you choose the No Signature option. If you choose No Signature, you are allowing Canada Post to surrender the package without a person physically receiving it. This means that we have no way of investigating the package once it is surrendered. Please choose your shipping option carefully.
