The number one reason for this problem is because your account is not yet verified. Please be sure to e-mail us or upload a copy of your ID so that we can be sure you are over 19 years of age. For more information on how to verify your account, please visit our How To page here.
All payments are accepted automatically by our accounting department. If you send a payment but then are unable to send your ID, we will issue a refund but Interac e-Transfer refunds take up to three to five business days to process. That is their policy and we have no control over that.
